I am a Dutch national, based in Amsterdam, after having lived and worked around Europe. I have over 20 years of experience in global and regional HR roles in consumer goods, private equity, transportation, metals & mining and food services. I have worked for companies like Bacardi, Selecta Vending Solutions (private equity- backed), Maersk and RJ Reynolds Tobacco.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a global executive search consultant with Boyden International. I have extensive experience in recruiting senior leaders, executive coaching, talent management, leadership development, building & facilitating high performance, organization development/change management.

I have studied English Language & Literature at the University of Amsterdam and have an M.A. in International Human Resources from the Rotterdam School of Management/Erasmus Graduate School of Business. I have lived and worked in Switzerland and the UK and I am fluent in Dutch, English and German. and I also get by in French.
